high parking fee poor service
the room was quite clean.
valet parking cost a fortune, so i was stuck paying it since they acted like it was the only option. the invoice after checking out needed three requests before i finally received it. the food in the restaurant matched the poor service.

double charge refund issue
The staff were generally good and friendly. i especially appreciate mr kamal effendi. He is more than wonderful.
they double-charged me. when i checked out, they said i owed money. i reminded them i had already paid. she said 'oh yeah,' then i asked for a receipt showing a zero balance. then a few hours later, the double charge came through! i am still fighting to get it refunded!!!!

beautiful path super clean environment polite staff room service tea kettle early morning
the location seemed like a dream! the beautiful paths near the water made my heart sing. the super clean clean environment was so refreshing. i found the staff courteous! it seemed like they anticipated my every need.
i was a bit disappointed there was no room service late at night. it would have been nice to have tea in my room! there was only coffee. the early morning felt a little incomplete without those options.

long wait insufficient space
the staff were very polite. it was acceptable, i guess.
I couldn't believe how long it took to get my car from valet. Twenty minutes is excessive! the online upgrade i booked still required extra payment at the hotel. the bathroom also lacked space for toiletries.

faulty air conditioning single ant
My room was too warm. Air conditioning did not work great in Premium King Suite. I found one ant in my bed as I tried to sleep. This was frustrating.

Wonderful Hotel
comfortable bed frette linens excellent location
The bed was comfortable, with Frette linens. It really helped me relax after a long day. I appreciated the proximity to the public gardens and Tatte bakery. I also found many attractions in the historic town within walking distance, made exploring very convenient.
The gym was small and lacked variety in equipment, I hope they will buy new equipment soon.
